Execution of agreements

Your personal data will be processed by us for entering into and executing agreements relating to the hiring of fully equipped safari tents and fully equipped campers and maintaining the resulting relationships, including associated marketing activities. For this we process your name, telephone number, email address, company name, any financial or tax relevant data, and the corresponding correspondence.

We use this information because it is necessary for the agreement or the closing or settlement thereof. We keep this information for as long as necessary to properly execute our services and agreements. Then we destroy them unless we are legally obliged to keep them for longer.

With the contact form and registration forms you can ask us questions, make requests and, for example, register for our trips.

For this we use your name and address, telephone number and e-mail address. If you are a student, we also ask the name of your educational institution for verification.
